University Hospitals Dorset is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or ODP to join the Radiology team as Interventional Radiology Clinical Lead. This fast-paced role combines clinical leadership with hands-on care across interventional radiology procedures.

You’ll lead the IR nursing team, oversee pre-assessment, day case unit, and day-to-day IR operations while participating in an on-call rota and ensuring high-quality patient experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or ODP with appropriate registration.
• Leadership experience in radiology or interventional settings.
• Experience in patient care quality and safety standards.
