Veritas Education are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Colne, Pendle to recruit a KS2 Intervention Teacher for September 2026. You will lead targeted intervention sessions for Years 5 and 6 while maintaining classroom teaching for one KS2 class weekly, to support every child to reach their potential.
Hold QTS and KS2 experience; you will be passionate about inclusive education, with strong behaviour management and collaborative planning with SENCO and staff.
Salary: GBP32916 - GBP45352 per annum

As part of this rewarding role, you'll spendthree days each week delivering targeted intervention sessions with Year 5 and Year 6 pupils, working with small groups to accelerate progress in a focused and supportive environment. You'll also spendone day each week teaching a full Key Stage 2 class, allowing you to maintain your classroom teaching experience while making a lasting impact through specialist intervention support.
Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO and support staff, you'll tailor learning to meet individual needs, celebrate every achievement and help children develop the confidence and resilience they need to succeed.
