Job summary

CIEE London seeks an Internship Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day internship placements, employer engagement, and student support within the London programme. You will coordinate with host organisations, universities, and students to ensure successful placements throughout the lifecycle.

You will maintain records in Salesforce, support visa and compliance activities, and contribute to programme administration to deliver high-quality experiential learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Experience coordinating internships, placements, experiential learning programs, or student services.
• Experience building and managing professional relationships with external organizations.
• Working knowledge of UKVI immigration requirements, visa compliance, and BUNAC processes.
• Experience supporting American university students or familiarity with the US higher education system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end internship placement process from application through to programme completion.
• Match students with suitable internship opportunities based on academic requirements, career aspirations, and employer needs.
• Arrange and coordinate employer interviews, placement offers, and internship confirmations.
• Ensure all placement timelines and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate placement records and documentation throughout the student life cycle.
