Job summary

ESNEFT invites internationally trained nurses who have passed OSCE and hold an NMC PIN to join our NHS teams at Colchester or Ipswich Hospital. We offer a dedicated 4-week adaptation and induction programme to support your transition into the NHS, our Trust, and the UK healthcare system.

You will receive ongoing mentorship, development pathways, and access to preceptorship, CPD, and leadership training within a supportive, diverse environment across Suffolk and Essex.

Qualifications

• Internationally trained nurses who have passed OSCE and have an NMC PIN.
• Proven post-registration experience as a nurse.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, safe, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a dedicated 4-week Adaptation and Induction Programme to support transition into the NHS.
• Provide compassionate, safe, high-quality nursing care within ESNEFT settings.
• Engage with mentorship, clinical educators, and nursing teams to develop competence and confidence.
