Exeter is seeking an International Student Advice Administrator on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE) for a fixed term from 23 November to 12 June 2027 to cover a secondment. The role is hybrid, with campus and home working, and involves providing administrative support to international students on visas, appointments and events.

You will work in International Student Community & Support within Education and Academic Services, reporting to the International Student Advice Manager and collaborating

• Managing appointment, drop-in and webinar schedules
• Responding to select student enquiries
• Supporting students with outstanding visa applications
• Preparing the International Student Newsletter
