University of Exeter is seeking a part-time International Student Advice Administrator to support the International Student Community & Support team. The role covers advising international students before, during and after their studies, handling appointments, webinars, and enquiries with a strong focus on customer service and administrative tasks.

The post is based in Exeter with hybrid working between campus and home, reporting to the International Student Advice Manager.

Competenze

• Provides excellent customer service to international students
• Performs day-to-day administrative tasks to support the student experience
• Supports visa and immigration related processes as needed

• Manage appointment, drop-in and webinar schedules for International Student Advice
• Respond to selected student enquiries and provide information
• Support students with outstanding visa applications and related documentation
• Prepare the International Student Newsletter and communications
