Qualifications

• Experience in content production for assessments or education

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and reporting of all key production activities within allocated content workstreams
• Ensure processes meet internal/external stakeholder needs and contractual requirements
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for change with focus on quality and error-free content
• Act as process owner for assessment content processes, ensuring documentation and regular review
• Own identification and implementation of process and system improvements
• Support responses to internal/external audits and lessons learned
• Matrix manage external examiners, overseeing content development, production, and delivery of high-stakes assessments
