Portfolio Payroll is seeking an International Payroll Specialist to own all payroll activities across the UK and international jurisdictions. The role sits in a niche sector and reports into the finance function, acting as the single payroll expert.

The position is permanent, with hybrid options after a qualifying period. Key duties include UK monthly payroll processing, coordinating France, Germany, Poland and some APAC payrolls, and managing relationships with external vendors and internal

• Experience in UK monthly payroll processing.
• Ability to coordinate payrolls across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor relations.
• Experience with year-end processes (PSAs and P11Ds).

Responsibilities

• Process UK monthly payroll and ensure accuracy for all employees.
• Coordinate payrolls for France, Germany, Poland and select APAC countries.
• Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and produce payroll reports.
• Create and post payroll journals and manage year-end activities (PSAs, P11Ds).
• Respond to payroll-related queries in a timely manner.

An International Payroll Specialist is being recruited for a niche business in an interesting sector.

As the International Payroll Specialist, you will be the sole payroll member and be the subject matter expert for payroll !

This is a permanent role and will report into the finance function.

As the International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing a UK monthly payroll
• Co-ordinating several international payrolls including France, Germany, Poland and also some APAC countries
• Building excellent working relationships with external vendors
• Demonstrating excellent internal stakeholder management
• Performing payroll reconciliations
• Producing payroll related reports
• Creating and posting payroll journals
• All year end activities including PSAs and P11ds
• Resolving all payroll related queries
