NiCE is seeking a General Counsel International to lead the global legal function. The role provides senior-level partnership to regional leadership and Go-to-Market teams, overseeing commercial, corporate, regulatory, privacy, labor, procurement and real estate matters across the EMEA and APAC regions.

As a member of the regional Leadership Team and Global Legal Leadership Team, you’ll shape strategy, negotiate strategic transactions, manage external counsel, and ensure compliant execution of

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• Experience leading a legal team of at least 4 members.
• Proven track record in technology companies as a senior legal leader.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic legal lead for the International Region, aligning legal support with business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders and Go-to-Market teams on complex commercial agreements and regulatory matters.
• Oversee GDPR, NIS2, DORA compliance and data protection programs.
• Manage external counsel and regional budget for legal services.
• Provide labor, employment, and regulatory guidance across multiple markets.
• Partner with Corporate Legal, Finance and Tax to support cross-functional initiatives.
