Job summary

Felsted School in Essex is expanding its Global Education team to build international relationships and markets, creating sustainable opportunities for revenue growth. The successful candidate will be confident, energetic and commercially minded, capable of presenting to international audiences, developing new business, managing customer relationships and representing Felsted externally.

Flexible working and international travel are expected, including the Summer School.

Qualifications

Experience in international education or customer-focused environments is advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with international audiences.
Ability to present to international audiences, develop new business, and represent Felsted externally.
Experience using CRM systems, developing campaigns and managing social/digital communications.

Responsibilities

Develop new international relationships and markets to grow revenue.
Represent Felsted externally and manage customer relationships across cultures.
Attend educational fairs, visit schools/agents/partners, and travel internationally.
Flexible working with residential duties during the International Summer School.
