Job summary

Felsted School in North Essex is seeking an inspirational Head of Global Education Programmes to lead the development and delivery of international programmes, with particular responsibility for the Summer School.

You will combine academic leadership with programme management, staffing and student experience, working collaboratively to maintain high standards in a busy education environment. Experience in international education and residential programmes is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experienced educational leader with curriculum development, programme management and staff leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and strong academic judgement.
• Experience of international education, summer schools, residential programmes or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Global Education Programmes, with responsibility for the Summer School.
• Combine academic leadership with programme development, staffing, quality assurance and student experience.
• Collaborate to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards in a busy environment.
