Job summary

Palladium is seeking an Analyst to gain hands-on experience by supporting in project delivery and business development, and contributing to high-quality proposals across the UK, Europe and Africa region (UKEA). The role is based in London with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote) and requires right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available.

The Analyst will report to the Agile Manager and will work with UK and international project staff, partners and clients,

Responsibilities

• Support Palladium in its business development activities, including creating innovative high-quality bids and contributing to recruitment, research, technical content, writing and pricing.
• Assist on project delivery for efficient project management, including administrative and financial management.
• Communicate professionally across UK and international staff, partners, subcontractors and clients, managing needs and expectations.
• Develop and test hypotheses on central client issues, perform relevant research, and synthesise results into analysis for deliverables.
• Support knowledge management resources, innovative methods and intellectual property.
• Contribute to internal initiatives promoting equity, diversity, inclusion, safeguarding, wellbeing and environmental responsibility.
