Aston University in Birmingham is seeking an experienced International Conversion Manager to lead our international conversion team and support our global student recruitment ambitions.

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative International Conversion Manager to lead our international conversion team and play a key role in supporting and achieving Aston University's global student recruitment ambitions.
As the successful candidate, you will manage a high-performing team, develop innovative conversion strategies, oversee multi-channel engagement campaigns, and work closely with colleagues across Admissions, Marketing and International Recruitment to maximise offer-to-enrolment conversion.
