Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Contracts Manager based in Newton Abbot, Devon, with regular international travel to support commercial contracts across sales, projects and aftersales. You will lead drafting, review and negotiation to protect the business while enabling delivery of complex engineering contracts in the UK and overseas.

Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation in commercial contexts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and legal teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, negotiate and administer international and UK contracts.
Draft and maintain standard commercial contracts and documentation.
Analyze terms, conditions and amendments to protect commercial interests.
Support Sales, Projects and Customer Support with contract risk management.
Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks across deals.
Advise senior management on obligations, warranties and liabilities.
