Job summary

Barracuda Networks, Inc. is seeking an International Channel Business Analyst II to serve as the single point of contact for Barracuda’s International channel sales organization across EMEA and APAC.

You will own operational requests end to end, from quota setup to Salesforce account ownership and commissions inquiries. This hybrid role based in Reading, UK involves collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance, and Systems to standardize processes globally while supporting international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar business operations role.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models including MSP, reseller, and partner-led go-to-market motions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including account management, reporting, opportunities, and case management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with quota planning, sales compensation, commissions processes, or related tools (e.g., Xactly) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for international channel sales teams and leaders.
• Manage and resolve Channel Operations requests through Salesforce from intake to completion.
• Coordinate quota planning, territory management, and account ownership activities.
• Maintain accurate partner, account, and coverage data within Salesforce.
• Monitor channel performance metrics including revenue, pipeline, and quota attainment.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Commissions, and Systems teams to improve processes and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, root causes, and operational efficiencies.
