Job summary

Barracuda Networks Inc. is seeking an International Channel Business Analyst II to serve as the single point of contact for Barracuda’s International channel sales organization across EMEA and APAC. You will own operational requests end to end, from quota setup to Salesforce ownership, and collaborate with global teams.

This hybrid role is based in Reading, UK, three days per week, reporting to the Director of Global Channel Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar.
• Understanding of indirect sales models including MSP and partners.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: accounts, reporting, opportunities, cases.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools such as Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for international channel sales teams and leaders.
• Manage and resolve Channel Operations requests through Salesforce from intake to completion.
• Coordinate quota planning, territory management, and account ownership activities.
• Maintain accurate partner, account, and coverage data within Salesforce.
• Monitor channel performance metrics including revenue, pipeline, and quota attainment.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Commissions, and Systems teams to improve processes and tools.
