Job summary

Chisholm Hunter is seeking a passionate Sales Professional to lead stock auditing and reporting across our Glasgow locations and national stores. You will analyse discrepancies, promote loss prevention, and drive high standards of stock control in a luxury retail environment.

You will travel regularly to stores nationwide, staying self-motivated and flexible to deliver accurate, actionable insights that support senior management decisions.

Qualifications

• Meticulous, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Confident communicating findings and influencing others to improve performance.
• Experienced in retail, auditing, or stock control, luxury or high-value retail is a plus.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel regularly to stores nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct stock audits across stores, stockroom, and buying department.
• Analyse results, identify discrepancies, and investigate stock variances.
• Ensure stock control procedures are followed to minimise loss and risk.
• Support theft and fraud prevention by reviewing cash and stock handling practices.
• Provide clear, insightful reports to senior management.
• Coach store teams to strengthen compliance and elevate stock management standards.

Position
