Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Cannock. You will lead the Product Support Inside Sales team, drive growth across parts, service, and solutions, and partner with Caterpillar stakeholders to maximise value.

The Internal Sales Manager will lead our Product Support Inside Sales team and drive sustainable growth across parts, service, integrated solutions, and customer support agreements.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for developing a high-performing team, maximising sales opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering profitable business growth. Working closely with Product Management, Sales Excellence, and key external partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategy whilst building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer excellence.
