Confidential in Kent is seeking an Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager to join the team based in Gravesend. The role blends sales, project coordination and relationship management across a portfolio of 200+ live projects.

You will work with the Specification Manager to move enquiries to orders, generate new business in designated areas and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining CRM records. A clear path for training and progression is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Internal Sales, Account Management or Business Development role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities

• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and priorities

• Confidence making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 200+ live projects
• Working closely with the Specification Manager to support project delivery
• Generating new business opportunities within designated postcode areas
• Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Managing incoming customer enquiries and project updates
• Booking high-quality appointments for the Specification Manager
• Converting quotations into orders and maximising project opportunities
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process
• Maintaining accurate project information and CRM records
• Working collaboratively with Estimating, CAD, Communications and Customer Service teams
• Supporting the achievement of team sales and order intake targets
