You will build long-term relationships and interpret business needs to respond quickly and effectively. The main duties include selling the product range, outbound prospecting, processing quotations and orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer enquiries and sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to qualifying prospects and closing sales.
• Ability to accurately process quotations and sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming enquiries to sell and support product range.
• Proactively make outgoing calls to qualify prospects and close sales.
• Process quotations and orders using in-house systems.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM accurately.
• Coordinate information for management purposes.
• Support branch operations as required.
