BPX Sunderland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and develop the high-performing Sunderland branch. You will drive profitable sales growth, deliver exceptional customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across all channels while upholding company policies and safety standards.

As a key leader you will coach teams, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with regional and national teams to support broader business objectives, sustainability goals, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing teams, including coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Experience operating within a branch, sales, customer service or operational management environment.
• Demonstrable experience driving sales growth, customer retention and profitability.
• Experience managing budgets, operational performance, risk and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence across levels.
• Commercially minded with strong decision-making and problem-solving.
• Experience guiding continuous improvement initiatives and managing change.
• Strong customer relationship management with focus on service excellence.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Proficient in CRM and stock management systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in industrial distribution, engineering, automation, manufacturing or related technical sector.
• Programme or project management experience.
• Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt desirable.
• Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
