Job summary

Berry Recruitment Group is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Milton Keynes to handle customer enquiries, quotations and orders by phone and email. You will build strong relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support the sales cycle from enquiry to completion.

The role requires experience in internal sales or sales support, excellent communication, and good IT skills. Experience in electrical/engineering sectors is a plus within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales, customer service or sales support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience within electrical, engineering or industrial sectors would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders via phone and email.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Following up quotations and supporting the sales process from enquiry to completion.
• Working closely with external sales and technical teams.
• Providing excellent customer service and product support.
