Job summary

Berry Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join its team in the industrial automation and controls sector. You will manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders by phone and email, and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales, customer service or sales support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience within electrical, engineering or industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders via phone and email.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Following up quotations and supporting the sales process from enquiry to completion.
• Working closely with external sales and technical teams.
• Providing excellent customer service and product support.
