Job summary

Richard Austin Alloys Ltd invites applications for an Internal Sales Executive based at our Avonmouth office near Bristol. You will develop and nurture relationships with key customers, selling a wide product range and delivering excellent service by phone and online.

We seek a confident, driven communicator with a professional telephone manner and a natural sales ability. This full-time, permanent role offers training and real scope to grow with a market‑leading stainless steel and aluminium

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone and website enquiries
• Follow lead process to ensure each lead is processed correctly
• Manage daily sales tasks
• Build and nurture long term relationships with customers
• Able to demonstrate a desire to win in a competitive market

Due to further expansion a fantastic new opportunity has arisen to join Richard Austin Alloys as an internal sales executive. Your remit will be to develop and nurture long standing relationships with key stakeholders resulting in selling a comprehensive product range and providing exceptional customer service. This role would suit a confident, driven individual with a professional telephone manner who is a great communicator with a natural sales ability.
