Job summary

CRS is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join its north west team focused on asset finance. You will manage enquiries from quotation through to payout, coordinating with customers, suppliers and lenders to drive funded deals.

Working closely with the Sales Director, you will build strong relationships, progress applications, and maintain an active pipeline while meeting targets and FCA compliance. This role offers growth within a well-established finance business.

Qualifications

• Asset finance, leasing or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in internal sales, broker support, account management or deal management.
• Understanding of asset finance process: proposals, credit submissions and payouts.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Sales Director and wider team, you will manage asset finance transactions from initial enquiry through to completion, working with customers, suppliers, introducers and a panel of lenders.

You will play a key role in converting enquiries into funded business, maintaining relationships and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage asset finance enquiries from initial quotation through to approval, documentation and payout.
• Prepare finance proposals, credit submissions and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, brokers and introducers.
• Liaise with lenders to secure suitable funding solutions and progress applications.
• Manage an active pipeline, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and strengthen existing relationships.
• Work towards agreed sales, conversion and customer service targets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant FCA requirements.
