Job summary

Rubix is seeking a customer-focused sales office professional to act as a front-line liaison between customers, suppliers and internal teams in the Castle Donnington area. You will handle quotations, order processing, and basic technical support while introducing customers to new products and solutions.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with traders and prospects to generate additional business.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

About The Role

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
• Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
• Experience within a sales environment preferred
