Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an organised Internal Sales Administrator to join the Aggregates & Asphalt team in Manchester. You will provide administrative support, handle customer quotations, and help drive sales performance and operational excellence.
Working with Territory Sales Managers and Area Commercial Managers, you will maintain CRM data, monitor pricing and contracts, and produce regular sales reports while delivering exceptional service to customers.

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Aggregates & Asphalt team, playing a pivotal role in supporting commercial performance across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple activities to help drive sales growth, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Working closely with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Internal Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Area Commercial Managers, you'll be the central point of coordination for commercial administration, ensuring customer information, pricing, quotations and reporting are managed accurately and efficiently.
Experience working within a commercial, sales or customer service environment is desirable. Previous experience supporting sales teams or managing commercial administration activities would be advantageous.
