James Frank Associates is assisting a leading business to recruit an Internal Recruitment Consultant on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and qualifying high-calibre candidates to maintain top quality application standards.

You will collaborate with colleagues and candidates at all levels, handling pre-screenings, interviews and compliance to ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have prior recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and candidates at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while upholding high service standards.
• Understanding of compliance requirements in recruitment.

Our client, a leading business in their industry is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to an exciting period of growth within the business our client is looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their team. You will be working closely with others to source, screen and qualify high-calibre candidates, ensuring quality standards of applicants are at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or from an Agency, and be confident working with colleagues and candidates of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Able to assess candidate suitability for roles, making decisions in line with business needs
