Job summary

KPI Recruiting is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our central HR team in Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to define staffing needs.

You will screen CVs, conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiation and onboarding. A full driving licence is required and recruitment experience is essential, with opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess qualifications.
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience and cultural fit through thorough screenings.
• Guide and support candidates through recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and gather feedback.
• Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding for successful candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
