Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our central HR team in the UK. You will source, screen and recruit top talent, working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Open to availability for hours, enjoy 25 days leave plus holidays and a birthday day off, plus team events and perks. You will coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and keep candidate records up to date within the ATS.

Qualifications

• A full driving license is required.
• Recruitment experience is essential.
• Rec2Rec experience is desired.
• A sense of humour is a must!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, such as Linked In Recruiter.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, gaining feedback and outcomes as when they have taken place.
• Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to join KPI Recruiting!

Salary: From£28,000 to DOE (Pro Rata)

What will day to day duties involve?
