Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping team in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside the Head Housekeeper to ensure cleanliness across guest areas and hotel premises while upholding high guest-satisfaction standards.

The role involves rota planning, training support, and ensuring safety compliance, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for progression within HotelCare.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
