Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping department within our Edinburgh site. You will lead a team to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas, coordinating with the Head Housekeeper to meet daily targets.

The role emphasizes staff rotas, quality checks, training, and adherence to health and safety policies. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career progression and on-site training, and may require

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
