Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in marketing/communications/media with enterprise impact.
• Extensive people management experience with senior leaders and teams.
• Media/spokesperson experience required for external positioning and crisis comms.
• Deep knowledge of the specialty insurance market and business context.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for business marketing, internal/external comms, and media relations for MRS-GM.
• Provide strategic direction to heads of marketing, internal comms, and media relations.
• Translate business priorities into insight-driven marketing/communications strategies with measurable impact.
• Steer annual integrated marketing/communications planning and resource allocation.
• Own the annual NPS process and translate feedback into improvements.
• Represent MRS-GM in coordination with GSI Marketing/Communications leadership.
• Maintain alignment with Group Communications standards and governance.
• Lead and develop senior leaders and teams with accountability and coaching.
• Oversee staff/non-staff budgets in line with GFL mandate.
