Job summary

RSA Group in London is seeking a Senior Advisor to join the Internal Communications team on a hybrid basis. You will support senior leaders and help realise the company’s strategic vision through clear, engaging messaging.

You will lead executive communications strategies for the CEO and OpCo, craft content across events, video and written channels, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Previous Internal Communications experience.
• Experience in a large corporate environment, ideally in insurance/financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a holistic view of the business.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Senior Advisor to join our Internal Communications team based in London on a hybrid basis. You'll work alongside an established group, support our senior leaders and make an impact in bringing our strategic vision to life. You'll make an impact by:

• Lead and deliver executive communications strategies for the CEO and OpCo, aligned to business priorities.
• Create compelling content and campaigns across channels including events, video and written communications.
• Develop core messaging, communication plans, Q&A and briefings for strategic initiatives and leadership events.
• Build good relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, engagement and collaboration.
• Set, monitor and report on communications outcomes and effectiveness, using insights to improve impact.
• Lead strategic communications projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality delivery, governance and stakeholder buy-in.

  Previous experience working within an Internal Communications role.

• Experience working within a large, corporate environment, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, with great stakeholder management skills.
• Strategically minded, with the ability to think holistically and understand the wider business.
