Job summary

Legora is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to strengthen alignment and speed as the company scales globally. You will translate complex priorities into clear, actionable messaging, working closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, GTM, and People.

Over ~12 months, you’ll own the internal communications strategy, cadence, and channels, shaping narratives and ensuring information lands well and maintains a strong culture across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or similar roles in high-growth environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to write clearly for multiple audiences.
• Strong project management skills and a process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal communications strategy, audiences, messages, channels, and tone.
• Manage a scalable comms operating rhythm (weekly updates, leadership notes, All-Hands/Townhalls, Q&A formats).
• Partner with leadership to shape narratives and craft clear updates on priorities, decisions, and progress.
• Own and improve internal communications channels (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace).
• Create templates and standards for consistent communication across teams.
