Job summary

NBCUniversal in the United Kingdom offers a 12-month internship in internal communications and events. You will manage newsletters, update SharePoint, NBCUNow, and digital screens; support events such as screenings and parties; and produce posters and executive summaries while tracking budgets and metrics.

This hands-on role develops communications craft in a film/TV setting. You will gain experience across departments, work in a team environment, and use Adobe tools to create engaging digital

Qualifications

• Passion for communications and events.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite desirable (Photoshop preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage internal newsletter SnapShot and update SharePoint regularly.
• Coordinate updates with internal business units and communicate across channels.
• Update NBCUNow and digital screen content with Comms teams.
• Support internal events and campaigns including screenings and parties.
• Create posters for events and write executive summaries.
• Update project planners and budget trackers; track metrics.
