Job summary

NBCUniversal in London is offering a 12-month Internship opportunity in Public Relations and Marketing. The role focuses on proactive publicity, partnerships, and campaign support across the EMEA markets.

You will liaise with teams in Orlando and Hollywood, manage press kit content, analyze media coverage, coordinate travel, and assist with post-campaign analysis. This internship is designed for undergraduates returning to education in Autumn 2028.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028
• Looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
• Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 5th July 2027 – Friday 21st July 2028
• Be able to work in NBCUniversal's Central London office on-site four days per week

Responsibilities

• A relationship driven role involving liaising with personnel in Orlando and Hollywood supporting proactive and reactive publicity efforts, promotional partnerships and marketing campaigns.
• Management of press kit content.
• Overseeing the PR team’s media ticket request process.
• Analysing PR efforts through social media, both celebrities and social influencers.
• Overseeing the media database.
• Assisting with evaluation and reports.
• Coordinating travel itineraries.
• Assisting with campaign sell-ins and pitch preparation where necessary.
• Reviewing and research of promotional partner opportunities and relevant post campaign analysis decks.
• Additional marketing campaign admin and analysis deck preparation to also be a core element of the role.
