Qualifications

• Understanding of entertainment, broadcast and media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collating reports from publicity campaigns and corporate news.
• Support internal and external events: press launches, screenings, photo shoots and conferences.
• Assist programme publicity campaigns as directed.
• Research and collate media lists.
• Create press materials: packs, event schedules, social copy.
• Update internal documents: fact sheets, calendars.
• Monitor key industry developments influencing NBCUniversal's strategy.
• Daily news analysis and industry monitoring.
