Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scoping and delivery of internal audits per plan.
• Support development of audit programmes and testing approaches.
• Prepare audit working papers and draft findings with root cause analysis.
• Track management actions and ensure remediation in a timely manner.
• Participate in process reviews and compliance monitoring against standards such as ISO 9001/27001.
• Generate and control documentation for the Business Assurance framework.
• Support data protection activities and incident management.
• Assist in producing content for firm-wide communications on audit and assurance.
• Support governance reporting through data analysis and findings.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external bodies on Assurance matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, processes and controls.
• Log incidents and breaches and maintain accurate records of outcomes.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
