Purdicom is seeking a Sales Support Executive in Oxfordshire for a growing team. You will support Account Managers, process orders, prepare quotes and keep CRM data up to date, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and willingness to learn about products while collaborating with suppliers and the warehouse. Hybrid working is offered.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers via phone and email.
• Processing sales orders and maintaining CRM accuracy.

• Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and our warehouse team.
• Managing stock and shipment queries.
• Keeping customer and order information up to date.
• Learning about our products and supporting customer meetings when required.
