A Technical Production Operations Engineer Intern/Co-Op plays a crucial role in supporting our Production Support Operations team by monitoring automated processes, identifying issues, and assisting in troubleshooting efforts. This is an opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain hands‑on experience in a financial services industry application. You will work closely with senior team members, follow documented procedures, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

This is an on‑site position in our Wakefield, MA office and the hours are 4:00 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST OR 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support automated batch processing jobs

Required Experience and Skills

• Knowledge, understanding and/or interest in the financial sector
