Your new company
A local building services consultancy providing comprehensive mechanical and electrical design solutions. They have a strong project portfolio including landmark projects such as large residential masterplans and commercial fit-outs. Due to recent project wins, they are expanding their team by recruiting Junior Engineers to work closely with Senior Engineers, with opportunities for internal promotion and professional development.

Your new role
You will have a solid foundation in mechanical design, with experience in a building services consultancy environment and a proven track record on various projects. This role is suitable for someone who has recently progressed from a junior or graduate level and seeks further training and support for rapid progression. Experience on commercial or residential projects is advantageous but not essential.

What you'll need to succeed
You should possess strong technical competencies and an interest in project delivery, with an understanding of building services principles and related disciplines. Additionally, you must be:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in electrical engineering design within the building services industry.
• Willing to contribute to business development activities alongside Senior Engineers.
• Experience working within a design team.
• Familiarity with digital engineering tools such as CAD/Revit, and experience delivering projects in a BIM environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to pursue Chartered status.
• Right to work in the UK for 5+ years (sponsorship not available).
