Job summary

TLG Infrastructure in London is recruiting a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor on a range of £10M–£80M projects. You will support an experienced team, assist with cost control, measurements from drawings, valuations and payments, and help with final accounts and risk reporting.

Ideal for aspiring QS professionals with a proactive approach and willingness to progress into a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor role within a structured team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cost management on construction projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for quantity measurement.
• Familiarity with preparing valuations and cost reports.
• Structured approach to monitoring costs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing cost estimates and budgets.
• Measure quantities from drawings and specifications.

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to work for an established contractor in London.

They have projects ranging from £10M to £80M which can involve large RC structures, bulk excavation including basement construction, façade retention and structural alterations.

You will be joining an experienced team supporting on some of their key projects with view to progress into an established Quantity Surveyor.
