They are seeking a new mechanical design engineer with an interest in creative and sustainable building projects.
Your new role
You will join a busy team of MEP designers working on a variety of building projects, primarily residential and hotel developments. Your work will span all design stages, with a focus on early design phases. You will manage your workload with support from a senior or associate mentor, attend meetings with clients and industry professionals, and visit local sites. The role offers development into a capable mechanical engineer with opportunities to lead projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience as a mechanical design engineer in a consultancy environment, with a background in various project types, especially residential, hotels, and hospitality. Excellent client-facing skills and confidence in representing the company are essential. Experience across multiple design stages, including early phases, is required. A relevant mechanical design qualification is necessary, and Chartered status or interest in obtaining it is preferred.
