Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for Market Harborough with a drylining/interiors background. The role covers interior fit out and drylining projects up to £2m, with strong emphasis on commercial control and client liaison.

You will manage measurements, variations, valuations, and final accounts, working closely with the Director and senior team. This opportunity offers growth with a developing contractor and solid progression potential.

Qualifications

• 10 years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Drylining, interiors or subcontractor background.
• Strong commercial and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Market Harborough | £55,000 - £70,000

Great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a drylining/interiors background to join a growing specialist contractor and play a key role in the business.

The Role

• Manage interior fit out and drylining projects up to £2m
• Site measures, variations and valuations
• Payment applications and CVRs
• Attend site meetings and complete final accounts
• Work closely with the Director and senior operational team
• Opportunity to grow with the business and build a team in time
