Job summary

TSR Nottingham Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead interior fit-out and drylining projects in Market Harborough. The role focuses on commercial delivery, site measurements, variations, valuations and final accounts, working closely with the director and senior team.

You will manage projects up to £2m, handle payment applications, CVRs, and attend site meetings. This is an opportunity to progress and build a team within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• 10 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Drylining, interiors or subcontractor background
• Strong commercial and IT skills
• Full UK driving licence
