Mitie Landscapes invites an Interiors Plant Technician to join our team in Bordon, Hampshire. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours weekly) pays £15.00 per hour and requires a full UK driving licence.

You will deliver high-quality interior plant maintenance across the contract and support the contract manager in daily operations. You will supervise interior maintenance operatives, plan maintenance activities, and attend regular client meetings and site plant audits.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of Interior maintenance operatives within the region to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
• Effectively plan maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment.
• Represent the business at regular meetings with clients in London and surrounding areas, and conduct site and plant audits.
• Responsible for technicians visit schedules, plant orders and plant deliveries.
• Monthly TBT and training.

We're looking for an Interiors Plant Technician who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Rate of pay: £15.00 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will carry out Contracts Supervisor duties to a high standard, delivering the Exceptional every day. Ensuring H&S is at the forefront of all tasks.

• Supervise a team of Interior maintenance operatives within the region to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
• Effectively plan maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment.
• To represent the business regular meetings with clients in London and surrounding areas, along with completing regular site and plant audits.
