Mitie is seeking an Interiors Plant Technician to deliver excellent service while meeting SLA expectations and maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. The role is based at Mitie Landscapes in Bordon, Hampshire with a 40-hour week and £15.00 per hour, permanent contract, requiring a full UK driving licence.

You will report to the Contract Manager and supervise interior maintenance operatives, plan maintenance, and conduct site/plant audits.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a regional interior maintenance team to deliver top client service.
• Plan maintenance across the contract for efficient labour, materials and equipment.
• Represent the business at meetings with clients in London and surrounding areas; conduct site and plant audits.
• Manage technician visit schedules, plant orders and deliveries.
• Conduct monthly toolbox talks and training.
• Lead by example to promote a strong health and safety culture.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will carry out Contracts Supervisor duties to a high standard, delivering the Exceptional every day. Ensuring H&S is at the forefront of all tasks.

-Supervise a team of Interior maintenance operatives within the region to achieve the highest level of service to the client.

-Effectively plan maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment.

-To represent the business regular meetings with clients in London and surrounding areas, along with completing regular site and plant audits.

-Responsible for technicians visit schedules, plant orders and plant deliveries.

-Monthly TBT and training.

Lead by example to implement and manage a positive health and safety culture
