Soho Home is a modern homewares brand offering furniture, lighting, tableware and accessories inspired by Soho Houses worldwide. We have a new full-time opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join the Soho Home Kings Road studio, providing professional service and maintaining product knowledge.

You will greet customers, share product information, suggest alternatives when items are unavailable, and work toward daily sales targets while keeping displays neat and stock levels high.

Qualifikationen

• Have proven experience in a similar retail role.
• Be able to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively.

Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding service to create a positive experience and loyalty.
• Ensure customers are greeted and looked after when browsing or purchasing.
• Offer product information and services in-store and online as required.
• Offer alternatives when a product is not available.
• Handle queries professionally or escalate to the manager.
• Maintain outstanding knowledge of Soho Home products and services.
• Maximise product potential in retail space to drive sales.
• Keep shop displays stocked and maintain high cleanliness.
• Meet daily sales targets as part of the retail team.
• Cash up at end of day.
