The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Interior Architect with 5–7+ years of experience in the luxury residential sector. The ideal candidate will be confident taking the lead on technical design, drawing packages, and on-site coordination, delivering exceptional spaces with a clear design narrative and rigorous architectural execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the interior architectural design process from concept through to completion, overseeing all technical and drawing package development.
Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure design intent is delivered with precision and clarity.
Produce comprehensive drawing packages including GA plans, elevations, sections, detailed joinery, and bespoke architectural elements.
Review and resolve design challenges on-site, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to uphold quality and programme timelines.
Ensure all technical deliverables meet the studio’s exacting standards, maintaining consistency across projects.
Mentor junior designers, providing technical guidance and overseeing output to ensure project alignment and excellence.
Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and contribute to project planning and delivery strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–7+ years of professional experience in interior architecture, ideally within the high-end residential sector.
Exceptional technical skills with a strong portfolio of detailed drawing packages and architectural detailing.
Proficient in AutoCAD with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of Revit or 3D tools is a plus.
Proven experience coordinating complex design elements with contractors and consultants through to site delivery.
Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and bespoke detailing.
Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to internal teams, clients, and collaborators.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of leading multiple workstreams concurrently.
